Former police officer, Charlie Moore used to spend his time patrolling the streets of Detroit. Now he spends most of his time behind the camera as he drives through some of the roughest streets in America. Most recently, he took a drive through a neighborhood that he refers to as "Detroit's deadliest west side hood."

People Don't Move Out of the Way for Cars

The one thing I found interesting was how people standing in the middle of the road don't move when cars are trying to get through. It's so bizarre. I wasn't the only one to notice this, someone on YouTube said the same thing.

I just don't understand how people from these areas have no regard for anyone else. The amount of times you are driving down the street just to have people stand and stare at you or keep walking in your way like you are in the wrong. its just so odd.
