Halo Burger, formerly known by its full name Bill Thomas' Halo Burger, was founded 1923 in Genesee Country.

Genesee County definitely has a lot of great burger spots, but if you're like me you're always down to try a new one out. If (also like me) you've exhausted all the area burger options -- here are some that will make your drive to "The D" well worth it.

Which burger was your favorite?

There's not much better than a charbroiled burger. It's even been show to be better for your heart, but a new study claims that that charbroiled burger is a significant threat to our ozone layer. Why, you ask? Because commercial charbroilers and counter-top grills bring morel grease, heat, smoke, water vapor, and products of combustion than a diesel truck would  produce.
