Just in time for the holiday eating season, the Weight Watchers Points Plus Program is a good way to maintain your weight. We had the pleasure of talking with Florine Mark who offered some great tips. She suggested you should eat healthy snacks before going to parties and also said to fill up on low-calorie beverages.
