Flint Farmers’ Market Celebrates 71 Birthday Saturday

If you're a supporter of the Flint Farmers' Market, you probably know they are going to be celebrating their 71 birthday on Saturday from 11am to 2pm. There will be plenty going on including cooking demonstrations from local chefs who will be preparing dishes made with Michigan root vegetables.

There will also be a vendor pie demonstration where you can taste the pies as well. There will also be kids activities and live jazz music. If you haven't gotten your flu shot yet, you can do this on Saturday because Visiting Nurses will have them available. While you're shopping make sure you help the market celebrate their birthday.
