If you are interested in learning how to cook and eat a little healthier, then head on over to the Flint Farmers' Market this weekend.

It's time for another Healthy Cooking Demo from the Greater Flint Health Coalition as part of their Commit to Fit campaign. One of the market's newest vendors, Chef Ian Diem of Chubby Duck Sushi, will be on hand to show how to cook up some Okonomiyaki which is a Japanese savoury pancake containing a variety of ingredients. The name is derived from the word okonomi, meaning "what you like" or "what you want", and yaki meaning "grilled" or "cooked".

Chef Diem will begin his demo at noon on Saturday. The Flint Farmers' Market is located at 420 East Boulevard Drive. For more information on this demo and other upcoming events, click here.
