The $55 Foie Gras Burger is the creation of Chef Damian Yopek at the Rugby Grille inside the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham.

So what makes this creation worth $55? A whole lot of expensive toppings. The chef tells Fox 2 that he originally planned to introduce a $500 burger, but had to tone it down a little to make it more approachable.
