An elementary school teacher in Brooklyn, New York has a new bathroom policy for her students. Students now only get vouchers to use the bathroom three times per week as a result from disruptive behavior in class, according to MSNBC

The new rules are posted in front of the classroom and if students don't use all of their vouchers then they can win prizes at the end of the week. Many parents aren't happy with the new policy, but the principal supports the teacher and doesn't think it's a bad idea.

I don't remember any rules about going to the bathroom during school, except that you had to take a hall pass if you needed to use the restroom. Do you think this is harsh or a good idea?
