Shriners Hospitals for Children are holding a free mini-clinic to screen children under age 18 for possible treatment for orthopedic or burn problems. The mini-clinic will take place on Saturday, October 15th from noon to 3 pm at Burton City Hall at 4303 S. Center road.
Qualified applicants will receive free medical care at a Shrine Hospital for Children. Scoliosis, brittle bone disease, orthopedic problems of Cerebral Palsy, rickets, spina bifida, limb deficiencies and growth problems, club foot or dislocated hip, cleft palate, leg length discrepancies, reconstructive surgery to healed burns, scarring and facial deformity and many other problems. Dr. Cheri S. Mys-Curtis, D.O. will conduct the screenings.

The following must be presented by the parent of guardian: copies of the child's birth certificate, immunization records, social security number, any divorce decree, custody or adoption papers.
