Forecasters have been predicting a cold, wet, and windy Halloween for a couple of weeks now. There's even been some talk of snow tonight, which looks like it may be a possibility, especially in Northern Michigan.

As a result, select cities across the Midwest and Canada have made a last-minute scheduling change, opting to delay Halloween Trick-or-Treat hours by a day or two.

Towns in West Virgina, Indiana, and Ohio have moved Halloween celebrations to Friday or Saturday. The city of Montreal and several other municipalities in Eastern Canada have also chosen to postpone Trick-or-Treating.

At the time of this writing, no cities or townships in Genesee County have opted to reschedule Halloween festivities. Here's a list of Trick-or-Treat hours for Genesee County and surrounding areas.
