San Francisco restaurant workers want to implement a 25% standard tip onto your bill. CBS reports workers think this is fair since they already have to report 15% of their tip to the IRS. But others don't like this because they figure workers should have to earn their tip.

How would you feel if you automatically had to tip 25% regardless of the service? Do you tip the standard 15-20% now? I usually tip 20% or more if they're really good. But if I've had horrible service I tend not to tip that much because they may not deserve it. So, do you think this is a good idea?
