When Erica Nigrelli didn't feel well, she told a coworker who immediately called for help. Erica is a teacher in Missouri City, Texas, and was 36 weeks pregnant at the time. She collapsed in another teacher's classroom, and while coworkers were able to use CPR and a defibrillator to temporarily keep her heart beating, she died at the hospital.

Doctors performed an emergency Cesarean section, but because Nigrelli's heart wasn't beating at the time, it was technically a postmortem delivery.

Doctors were able to revive the 32-year old, and discovered she had an undetected heart condition. Nigrelli now has a pacemaker.
