Miley Cyrus’ Childhood Pastor Asks People to Pray for Her

You know it has gotten bad when your childhood pastor is asking people to pray for you. Or has it?

Pastor Dave Roberts from the Of the Montrose church in Los Angeles says the controversial starlet doesn't need saving, she needs support. Roberts, who is still close with Miley's parents, says his church has received a fair share of hate mail over the years from people who think he "should have taught her better." Roberts has written back some saying "you're talking about a young girl, maybe your prayer and support would be more valuable than your critique."

When you think about it, Roberts has a point. He also said he would be happy to extend his support to her. What do you think about Roberts comments? Do you agree Miley needs support more than criticism?
