Where in the world are Justin Bieber's parents?

Justin Bieber has been in the news a lot lately and not for good reasons. Not too long ago, the 'Biebs' was accused of driving his Ferrari at racetrack speeds through his neighborhood. He was chased down by former NFL player Keyshawn Johnson at one point and then put on notice.

When the Chicago Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup a few weeks back, Bieber got to go into the locker room and see the Cup up close and personal. It's not bad that he got to do that, but he infuriated fans everywhere when he stood on the team's logo to get pictures. Most sports fans know that is hallowed ground. It didn't help that he was sporting  a cap for the Blackhawks opponent, the Boston Bruins, during the finals.

What really has us wondering where his parents are is this latest incident. Bieber took it upon himself to not walk all the way to the bathroom in a restaurant. Instead he thought he would go wherever he felt like it, like into a mop bucket (see the video here).

We understand he is still a teen and probably enjoying the benefits that come along with being a star. He may even be feeling the pressure that comes along with stardom. But when is this kid going to learn? Where are his parents? Or at least one of them?
