National Stress Awareness Day is a day to focus awareness that stress is one of the leading health problems in the world today. Traditionally, it would fall on the first workday after the Income Tax filing deadline. This year, Tax Day falls on the 17th (today) of April.

Hope you got your return filed and are getting money back from the government. If not, you still have until midnight to file.

Stress exacerbates many health problems, so it's beneficial to have ways to deal with it. For some it's exercise. I like to run/hike on wooded trails. Time spent in nature seems to do me a world of good. For others, it's music, or meditation. Quiet time seems to be a big stress reducer for many.
