It's the day before the election, and the Mitt Romney endorsements are flying in! The first came from Joss Whedon (who strongly believes Romney can jumpstart the zombie apocalypse). This one is from 'The Simpsons' bad guy Mr. Burns (who is the cartoon embodiment of corporate greed)...

What started out as a novel idea has turned into a corporate tug of war, as two Columbian brothers are now deep in the trenches of a legal battle with 20th Century Fox for the right to brew beer inspired by the hit television series ‘The Simpsons.’

Sorry to burst your bubble, Oregon, but it looks like you're not the home of 'The Simpsons' after all. Earlier this week, we told you that 'Simpsons' creator Matt Groening had declared to 'Smithsonian Magazine' that Homer and Marge's clan calls Springfield, Oregon their home. Groening now tells 'TV Guide' he was misquoted.

After 22 years of ambiguity, 'Simpsons' creator Matt Groening has finally revealed which Springfield is actually the inspiration for the town Bart and company have called home all these years. It's not Springfield, Michigan. Time to fess up:  You didn't even know there was a Springfield, Michigan, did you? I didn't either. (It's a little city near Battle Creek, with a population of about 5,000.) 

‘The Simpsons,’ that prime time television show we all love, has done the impossible by staying on the air for 22 years and 500 episodes. This exceptional milestone was reached on Sunday evening on Fox. But is it still as good at 500 episodes as it was at 100?

Richie Castellano’s one-man cover of Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ is pretty amazing, but Nick McKaig’s take on the theme from ‘The Simpsons‘ is even more impressive since he uses nothing but his voice.

America’s First Dysfunctional Family has the biggest affection for Halloween, since it happens during sweeps. But it also has taken on the most wonderful time of the year more than once, so we thought we’d present a few fun ‘Simpsons’ GIFs and videos to celebrate the season. Or at least be honest about it.
