Chaka Khan is not pleased with Clive Davis. The original ‘I’m Every Woman’ singer is furious that Davis continued on with his pre-Grammy party following the news of Whitney Houston‘s death.

Aretha Franklin will be performing at Whitney Houston‘s invite-only funeral service on Feb. 18, Entertainment Tonight is reporting. Record label executive Clive Davis, who helped guide the careers of both singers as the president of Arista Records for a quarter-century, personally requested to have Franklin perform, and the Queen of Soul found it impossible to turn down the invitation. As morbid as it sounded to me at first, I think some funeral homes may be on to something.  It came to my attention this morning that there is a funeral parlor in the UK that streams funerals on the web.  When I did further research this morning, I discovered that there are a few here in the good ol' USA that do it to.

Eleven-year-old Jared Flanders willfully disobeyed his father and left his Massachusetts home one day last week without an accompanying adult. But Jared had a good reason to defy his dad, since his objective was to attend a funeral for a firefighter killed during the line of duty.
