Recipients this year include Friends of the Flint Police (FOP), the Police Activity League (PAL), the Old Newsboys, and Young Marines of Genesee County. "Bikes on the Bricks" this year, was the biggest one yet! There were 753 riders and 289 passengers part of the community ride.

"Toys for Tots" gets free office and storage space from the Marines, and although they work hand in hand, they don't share finances.

The local groups include athletic boosters, ministries, and other charitable groups. It could cost you money too, because donations to these groups are no longer able to be used for a tax deduction.
