Michigan police agencies are testing the idea, while some areas have been using them regularly for over a year. Since the shooting of unarmed teenager Mike Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, people have started to discuss the lack of trust and communication they have between citizens and law enforcement. Many police departments were using body cameras long before Mike Brown's death, including some agencies in Michigan. Police officials say it will create "transparency" and say that it's a natural evolution from the dash cam.

While the American Civil Liberties Union supports police wearing body cameras, they also say they're worried about the "invasion of privacy" aspect. Read more details on the story HERE
