Run Like a Wildebeest 5k/10k April 28th in Flushing

The First Annual Run Like a Wildebeest 5k/10k and "Little Wildebeest Run" will take place on Saturday, April 28th at Flushing High School, 5039 Deland Road, Flushing, Mi 48433. Races start at 8:00 am. The race honors the memory of Greg Flint, who was a big guy with a big heart and a love for running.

Proceeds from this event will benefit the American Heart Association, Flushing Track and Cross Country and Flushing Christian Outreach. You can sign up in person this week at Bauman's Running and Walking Shop on Hill road, or on race morning starting at 6:30 up until race time.

All entries get a cool Run Like A Wildebeest t-shirt and finisher's medal, including the Little Wildebeest run. Greg would have loved to see people of all ages, shapes and sizes taking part in his event, so head out to Flushing this Saturday and Run Like a Wildebeest!
