People Interview Their Former Fatter Selves, After Weight-Loss Program [VIDEOS]

Although the videos below are clearly commercials for Medifast, it's heartwarming to see people hold conversations with themselves prior to their weight loss success.

The campaign is called 'Become Yourself,' and rather than just showing before and after pictures, it marries before and after videos featuring (sometimes)  tearful conversations between individuals who've successfully shed pounds and inches, and their former, heavier counterparts.

Featured here are Joseph Garcia, and Kimberley Vandlen, whose weight lost journeys are particularly inspiring.
