Ohio Man Accused of Killing Neighbor for Mowing Lawn Too Late [VIDEO]

An Ohio man is behind bars after authorities say he shot his mother's neighbor because she had begun mowing her lawn too late in the evening.

Neighbors say the woman started mowing around 9 pm.

Police say that 50-year old James Blair shot the woman in the head and rolled the running lawnmower over the woman's body. WOIO reports that the man barricaded himself in his mother's house for six hours before surrendering to police.
