Linden Summer Happenings 5k & 1 Mile Races Saturday

If you've put off running a local road race because of the recent hot and steamy weather, you should head to Linden this Saturday morning for the Linden Summer Happenings 5k and 1-mile races. Both events start at Hyatt Elementary and travel through the paved bike path at Byram Lake Park.

Online registration is closed, but you can still register on Saturday morning starting at 7. The 1-Mile race starts at 8:30 and the 5k at 9. That works out perfectly if you want to do both!

Hyatt Elementary School is located at 325 Stan Eaton Drive in Linden. The race is sponsored by Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Linden Community Education. The weather for this weekend is supposed to be cool and comfortable, perfect for a run!
