Saturday, May 21st from 10-2 is the next Household Hazardous Waste & Electronic Waste Collection Day.  Here is a list of things you CAN bring:

• Aerosol cans
• Antifreeze
• Fluorescent light bulbs (both compact and tube)
• Batteries
• Gasoline
• Used Oil
• Household Pesticides
• Herbicides
• Fertilizer
• Mercury
• Oil-Based paint
• Old prescriptions
• Paint thinners
• Tires (up to 7--no tractor or semi tires)
• Electronic items such as TV sets
• Computer Monitors
• Laptops and Notebooks
• Printers and Copiers
• DVD and VCR players
• Fax machines
• Cell phones
• Stereo equipment
• Video cameras

Things you should NOT BRING:

• Commercial waste
• Explosives
• Latex paint
• Medical waste
• Radioactive materials
• TV consoles

Genesee Area Skill Center at G-5081 Torrey Road

Brent Run Landfill at 8247 W. Vienna Rd, Montrose. 

Flint East Water Service Center at 3310 E. Court St. 

Goodwill Industries at 501 S. Averill Ave.
