Facebook is going to file it's IPO (Initial public offering), believed to be the biggest ever from an internet-based company.Wall Street thinks there is a real future for Facebook, but many people are skeptical that Facebook is really here to stay.

An Associated Press-CNBC poll asked 1,004 adults if Facebook’s appeal would survive the test of time. Forty-six percent answered that Facebook will go the way of MySpace or Friendster, whereas 43 percent said it had staying power.

Those ages 18-to-34 were even more skeptical about the longevity of Facebook.  Fifty-one percent of that demographic expect Facebook to fade away and only 44 percent think it will prove to be more than just a fad. What are your thoughts?
