Detroit Pistons Announce New Coach

Lawrence Frank has been introduced as the new head coach of the Detroit Pistons. He replaces John Kuester, who went 57-107 in two seasons as the Piston head coach. Piston President Joe Dumars made the announcement yesterday and expressed a belief that he had found the "right man" to bring the Pistons back to glory.Frank brings NBA experience that previous coaches Curry and Kuester lacked. He coached the Nets from 2003-09 and took them to the playoffs four times.
