Let's face it, sometimes those things we love aren't always that good for us. That couldn't be more true regarding what we eat, after all, tasty usually means calories, carbs, fats, and sugars.

Recently Eat This, Not That decided to stick it to us by compiling a list of the restaurants in each state serving up the unhealthiest meals. Keep in mind, this doesn't mean they aren't the most taste bud tantalizing dishes you've ever had, they just have all those things we are told to eat in moderation.

"Knowing which restaurants offer up the most unhealthy meals can keep you out of trouble—especially if you find yourself in the area with mega cravings", the site said. "By knowing which eatery in your area has a tendency to fill up their meals with salt, fat, carbs, and calories, you can prepare yourself by deliberately studying the menu and choosing their healthier menu items".

The Unhealthiest Restaurant Order in Michigan

So who has the unusual distinction of serving up the unhealthiest meal in Michigan? According to the list, the unhealthiest meal in the state can be ordered at Slows Bar B Q located in Detroit. The unhealthiest dish to order off the menu is their Brisket Sandwiches.

"Barbecue restaurants often boast on serving up the most food, but Slows outdoes the competition, dishing out massive brisket sandwiches and halves of chicken doused with their signature sauce".

Honestly, it sounds absolutely delicious and I for one am willing to do some additional "research" on the whole subject.

The bottom line is everything is "unhealthy" if not eaten in moderation, but there's no harm in indulging in some serious yummy food every once in a while.
