Cop Issues A Beat Down At IHOP [VIDEO]

I thought all the violence these days was at Chuckie Cheese. A police officer in Buckhead, Georgia is being investigated after a video caught him using what victims called ‘excessive force’ during a fight at an IHOP. The woman had barely sat down at a table when the confrontation started. After noticing two men dressed in Star Wars costumes, one of the girls asked what they were doing. A few minutes later, a man went to their table and told them to leave. Read more of the story and watch the beat down after the jump.

They didn’t know the guy was a police officer. The whole thing was caught on video and showed the officer punching a woman who was trying to get him to back off. Four people were arrested. The woman who got punched was charged with public drunkenness and battery. Check out the video and judge for yourself.
