Cop Issues A Beat Down At IHOP [VIDEO]
April 28, 2011 I thought all the violence these days was at Chuckie Cheese. A police officer in Buckhead, Georgia is being investigated after a video caught him using what victims called 'excessive force' during a fight at an IHOP. The woman had barely sat down at a table when the confrontation started. After noticing two men dressed in Star Wars costumes, one of the girls asked what they were doing.
