Boston native Conan O'Brien expressed his sorrow after Monday's tragic events at the Boston Marathon which so far have claimed the lives of three innocent people. "It's where I grew up," O'Brien told his audience Monday night. "My thoughts and prayers are with the people of Boston and everybody who's been affected by this absolutely senseless act."

Craig Ferguson launched into a profanity-laced rant about the day's events, asking "Is anybody else sick of this [expletive]?"

Ellen DeGeneres, whose show was being taped just as news reports about the tragedy were beginning to emerge, offered a few words for the people of Boston. "I want to tell everyone in Boston that we're thinking about you," she said. "Please know that you're in our hearts."
