I couldn't agree more and some may hate me for it. My philosophy is that Candy Corn was actually only made once over 100 years ago and they just keep recycling it year after year. Somehow cardboard tastes better. Maybe it's just my taste bud's that think it's that bad, but now I'm getting some support on the subject.

Just to let the world know ( because we all were wondering) what's the best and the worst when it comes to Halloween candy, CandyStore.com surveyed 30,000 sweet tooth lovers and presented the facts. This years tally has the little multicolored triangle of yuck topping the list for the worst. It took the title from last year’s winner Circus Peanuts, which slipped to the sad number two spot.

Candy Corn was joined in the worst category by notables like Necco Wafers, wax Coke bottles, and Good & Plenty understandably, but I may have to strongly disagree with seeing the ole' Smarties and Tootsie Rolls in the worst of the worst group.

Making the grade according to Halloween candy connoisseur's are Hershey Bars, Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, and Butterfingers with the ever popular Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups taking the prize as most loved.

If you're looking to be the favorite house on the block this Halloween and not the one with ten rolls of Charmin in your trees, be sure to stock up on the favs this Trick or Treat season and steer clear of the Corn.
