Walmart has a dress code? Who knew? Sandy McMillin says she was asked to either put on a shirt, or leave the store.

The 51-year-old Oregon woman was wearing a turquoise bikini top, and "hot pants" shorts over black bicycle shorts, and told the Register Guard in Eugene she thinks she was asked to put on a shirt over bikini top for two reasons:

“Because I’m disabled,” she said. “(And) I’m not a skinny, mini miss thing, and I have that middle-age spread.” McMillin is also bald, and has numerous tattoos.

So did Walmart do the right thing, or is a bikini top enough when you're heading out to grab some chips and dip? Is there something magical about this particular retail chain that seems to inspire unusual behavior?

KVAL-TV has more on McMillin's bikini brouhaha.
