However, you can still pay your respects when she’s laid to rest on Saturday, Feb. 18, and you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your chair. According to the Associated Press, Houston’s funeral service will be streamed live over the Internet via the AP’s official website.

Taylor Swift + Lady Gaga Make 2011 Top-Grossing Tour Lists

The numbers are in, and it’s official: more people decided to stay home instead of seeing their favorite acts on tour in 2011. But that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a good year for some of the artists who hit the road — including Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift, both of whom made the North American top five in Pollstar’s year-end list of the top-grossing tours.

In fact, Taylor had the second-most popular tour of 2011, bringing in an impressive $97.7 million in the States — right behind U2, who topped the American chart as well as the worldwide tally.
