At 101 – Never Too Old For Facebook

I'm thinking that maybe there should be a spot in a world record book for this lady. She is Facebook's oldest registered user.

On Monday, Florence Detlor, celebrated her 101st birthday by crashing in on Mark Zuckerberg and his crew of hackers, nerds and programmers at Facebook’s California headquarters.

Yesterday, Facebook chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg posted a photo on her personal Facebook page that featured her and the Facebook founder posing with the birthday girl.

“Honored to meet Florence Detlor, who at 101 years old is the oldest registered Facebook user,” Sandberg wrote on her own Facebook page Monday. “Thank you for visiting us Florence!”

If you want to search her out, her latest Facebook status update says, “Its 10:15pm California time, Good night everyone. Sleep well.”
