Day two was a wet one, but a successful wet one!

We started our second day of the 5th annual Cars 108 Roof Sit for Whaley Children's Center with a rude awakening for Mindy and Pat - a wake-up call at 3 AM with an evacuation order from the roof due to lightning, in case you wondered what the RV was for.

We did our morning show from inside the McDonald's of Grand Blanc while the skies dumped some much-needed moisture on us, and nobody missed a beat - not even the gorgeous Whaley volunteers, who spun signs in the rain all day long.

We shook the rain off of the tents...

Big thanks to all of the local businesses who brought by donations, including Great Harvest Bread Co. and Christenson and Fiederlein. By the end of the day, our total is topping off at close to $32,000!

We've got a LONG way to go before 10 AM tomorrow morning, though. Please donate by clicking here!
