Ever heard the phrase, "It takes a village to raise a child"? This is proof. 

You think being from Flint is bad? Try being from Chicago. Flint is a walk in the park compared to the gratuitous violence that happens every minute of every day in Chicago. When I saw this video, as disturbing as it is, I was happy to see somebody being proactive. Kudos to this mom! We need more people like her in Chi-town.
