Not THAT kind of 'Wardrobe Malfunction.'

But Detroit Tigers pitcher Shan Greene did suffer from a uniform issue during last night's MLB All-Star Game.

Tyler Skaggs was honored as players on both the National and American League teams wore a black '45' chest patch. Skaggs, who was #45 for the Los Angeles Angels, was found dead in a Texas hotel room on July 1st.

But it appears that the '45 patches were not sewn onto the players' uniforms. As Tigers pitcher Shane Greene appeared on camera during the pre-game introductions, the adhesive gave way and fell off Greene's jersey.
