It isn't the kind of wardrobe malfunction that we' saw from Janet Jackson, but in a very sheer dress  Katy Perry showed the world her boy shorts. The  ‘Part of Me‘ singer didn’t show any scandalous parts of herself, but certainly turned some heads with the look. Maybe she thought the blue hair would distract their attention.  Wrong!
