Sometimes it's what you don't see that really makes the news. Here's a prime example.

Tom Murphy works at the smallest TV station in Michigan, and he just may have found his calling, blending weather with pop culture references. “As the great poet and philosopher Nelly once said, ‘It’s gettin’ hot in here,’” Murphy quips as he artfully forecasts unseasonably high temps. Although I believe he points at Flint when he refers to "Michigan's Dirty South." Ouch.

Well I laughed when I watched this, but then realized that I've also had my share of brain farts over the years. This TV reporter just lost track of where he was. It happens. Hit the jump, watch the video.

Coming out of a story about an urn? You may have to watch this :18 second video a couple of times to catch it, but the female anchor makes a rather funny, albeit inappropriate comment.  "That's what she said" also would have worked.
