Traffic Accidents

A crash on northbound US-23 in Mundy Township closed the freeway and snarled traffic across Flint area surface streets this morning, compounded by fog and slick roads and multiple secondary crashes.

An accident just before noon today has prompted the closure of two major Flint-area freeways.

A state police officer and a motorist narrowly escaped death as a semi-truck plowed into the back of the officer's car, knocking it into a disabled vehicle.

A millisecond more and things would have ended a lot differently.  The video which has been captured from a dash cam shows a woman trying to cross a busy road in the most carefree manner, without even noticing that an ambulance is coming right towards her. Keep your eye on the left side of the screen.
