If you're on the run from the police, you'd think that a low-profile vehicle would be the way to go. However, 51-year-old Sharon Kay Turman pulled off a mysterious getaway with a not-so-mysterious vehicle.

The idea of hiding from police in a lake may sound exciting for some, but I'd complain, be miserable, and most likely turn myself in.

Accidentally getting locked in a store for the night can be pretty frightening. But a burglar getting locked in a store for the night after trying to rob it is pretty hilarious!

This might just be the best "stupid criminal" story EVER! And a valuable lesson on cell phone etiquette, as well.
