For those of you familiar with Davison native Tim Thomas, you may want to know that he'll be returning to Davison with the Stanley Cup in a few weeks, according to WNEM. The Boston Bruins MVP will be here on August 24 for a special public celebration.

Davison High School graduate Tim Thomas helped lead the Boston Bruins to their first Stanley Cup Championship in 39 years. Not only did Thomas play brilliantly in goal against the Vancouver Canucks, but he was named the Most Valuable Player of the series.
