This is truly disturbing.  Apparently, this mother was yelling at her daughter in a New Jersey Walmart for a good 10 minutes before a concerned patron began filming.  What she caught on video is shocking. The little girl had a broken arm, yet the mother had her standing in the cart to reach some clothes.  Find out what happens after the jump.
