If you have ever wondered why people call criminals stupid here's another reason. A 20-year-old man has been charged with stealing from Michigan’s own rock and roller Bob Seger. Details after the jump.

This terrible crime happened in Port Chester , New York. The video shows a man out cold on the sidewalk. He could have used a helping hand but all he got was  physically robbed in full view of security cameras. It's a terrible scene that includes a woman snatching a chain from around his neck.
