Heavy rain over the weekend caused widespread flooding and road closures across Genesee County. While most roads will reopen soon, a massive sinkhole in Mt. Morris Township will take much longer to fix.

A Mid-Michigan man already on probation is now accused of running a dog fighting ring. Nine dogs were rescued in poor condition, and he now faces multiple felony charges.
