A 26-year-old Montrose man was killed early Monday in a crash along M-65 in Alcona County. Investigators say there were no signs of speeding or intoxication as the community mourns the loss.

A 19 year old working in Montrose Township lost his life this week and is now the 39th worker in Michigan to die on the job this year. It is a heartbreaking reminder of how dangerous these worksites can be, especially in winter weather.
