Yesterday's 12-12-12 benefit concert for Hurricane Sandy relief raised over $30 million dollars, but it wasn't all good. We're still cringing for Bobby Moynihan's awkward appearance as his 'SNL' character "Drunk Uncle," for example.

Several amazing artists are joining forces tonight in Madison Square Garden for the 12-12-12 Hurricane Sandy Relief Concert. Big names like Bon Jovi, Eric Clapton, Billy Joel, Alecia Keys, The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, The Who, Roger Waters and Sir Paul McCartney are among the seemingly endless list of performers.

Some people look for any reason to stay home from work, and some people go to work no matter what kind of excuse they could have. A lot of stories have come out of Hurricane Sandy, but this one really tests our perseverance in the face of disaster. Hurricane Sandy put the the neighborhood of Marsha Hedgepeth underwater, but she knew she had to get to work at the hospital to help those in need. So,

Phillip Phillips will host a live online concert this Thursday, and all proceeds will go toward Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

Nature straight up does not care that we are nowhere near recovering from the devastation of Hurricane Sandy. Winter Storm Athena is on her way to kick us square in the jollies.

There have been a lot of awful or inspiring stories coming out of Hurricane Sandy. This manages to be both. A man found a note in his house scrawled by a person who had taken a blanket to keep hypothermia at bay. The author of the note was sure he was dying.

Hey, thanks Sandy! As if people didn't hate taking the bus enough, now we get to wait in a line to wait in line to ride one. That's right -- the lines have lines. Hurricane Sandy was the sassiest of storms, to say the least -- the entire East Coast was affected in one way or another. Although the worst of the weather is over, Frankenstorm has still forced millions of people to stay inside and wait for outside damage to be cleared. Cue: major cabin fever.
