MDOT is kicking off the 2026 construction season early in Genesee County with a major bridge project on I-69.

After a long and inconvenient winter and spring detour, Baldwin Road Bridge in Grand Blanc Township has officially reopened to traffic.

The Davison area has had its share of road work this year. Now, one more major project.

It's been a long time coming for this complete rehabilitation project.

It's been a long summer of road construction around Genesee County. Few projects longer than this.

Road widening is long overdue as Grand Blanc Township sees continued growth.

Nearly 100 years has passed since the last major overhaul of Downtown Flint's historic bricks.

This isn't the widening project for Grand Blanc Road. Think of it as a "bonus" road construction project.

This project will cause delays for most of the summer, but will allow traffic to flow much more smoothly into and out of Davison, MI.
