A tragic crash in Grand Blanc has claimed the life of recent Flushing graduate Caleb Metcalf, a standout student-athlete remembered by classmates, coaches, and teachers as a humble leader with an incredibly bright future.

The saying goes, "there are only two things certain in life, they are death and taxes".  We can probably add the Tax Trot road races in Flushing to that list.

If you had signed up to run the Flushing Township Half Marathon/5k races this Saturday, you have a few more days to train.
