It's time for the 5th Annual Grand Blanc Family Funfest. There will be carnival rides and concessions, a family activity tent, and a beer and entertainment tent too! It all happens right in downtown Grand Blanc this weekend, beginning this evening at 5pm with the  carnival rides. There will also be pie-eating contests, a Halloween costume sale, and a karaoke contest.

Saturday from 9-5, Swartz Creek celebrates summer with the 2011 Art in the Park Fine Arts Festival! It takes place at the Elms Road Park, just off I-69. There will be live music, childrens activities, food, and a silent auction.
