As if one idiot dog owner with duct tape wasn't enough, now there's this woman.

I like a joke as much as the next person, but this is no laughing matter. A mother in Sandusky, Ohio is facing two counts of child endangerment after she send this picture to the boy's father.

About a year and a half ago, my driver's side window came half way off the track.  For a while, I had been able to guide it and keep it in check.  Since then, it has completely detached itself from the car itself.  Doing what any good redneck would do, I turned to duct tape.  Yup... I'm one of those guys!
